Finding the right therapist can feel a bit daunting.   It is important to me that you find the person who feels like the best fit for you needs at this time.  I am happy to schedule a free 20 minute introductory phone call to begin exploring if I might be a good fit to work with you towards your therapeutic goals.  If I am not the right person for you, I am here to support you finding the therapist that can meet your needs and am alway happy to provide referrals.   I also offer a limited number of clients sliding scale and pay what you are able options.  I look forward to hearing from you.
